Area of Interest:
The main area of interest is to study molecular pathogenesis of cancer and regulation of cancer progression by looking to various signal transduction pathways. Role of vitamin D signaling pathway in breast cancer.  To discover role of stem cells/ cancer stem cells in therapeutic resistance of cancer. To carry out Invitro model for Cancer stem cell to predict drug response and resistance. To study epigenetic regulation of various signaling pathways by miRNAS and methylation studies in various cancer. To study various DNA damage and repair mechanism in cancer. Identifying role of genetics in hereditary cancers
